The Enterprise Visitor Management System (EVMS) is a complete solution for managing visitors, contractors and non resident staffs within a premise. Visitor information can be easily captured and stored by the computerized system including personal particulars, photograph, Fingerprint image and in/out date & time. Visitor Pass can be printed by attached printer and issued to provide verification of all visitors in just a few seconds.
EVMS is a Window based application using the three tier architecture. The ability to handle the multi-user environment and the maintaining the highest security fro the access are some of the features of this application.
