Computer maintenance is very important for keeping your computer running smoothly. A computer which is left untreated, can accumulate dust and debris, which may result on slow performance. Additionally, your computer may get infected with virus or malware if your antivirus is not updated.

We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Contracts for our Products:

• Comprehensive AMC

  Comprehensive AMC includes all parts. Customer are not charged separately for the labour or for the parts replaced.

  Repairing of the equipment with parts at material cost In case any parts are found to be not working and needs Replacement then it will be repaired/replaced free of cost except physical damage or burned part.

  On-Line Support / Telephonic Support - ExceLLex SoftTech would maintain the last version of the software installed for the client. In case of requirement to re install the application at the client end (due to server upgrade, server restart or server crash), Excellex would provide the last version that was updated with the client. Excellex Softtech would assist in installation of components through remote access software.

  Civil Works - Any civil work during AMC such as chiseling, cabling, digging, cement job etc. to be done by client or to be paid separately as per actual.

  Excellex Softtech holds the right to suspend/terminate the services in a case of non-payment of AMC charges. Although no notice is mandatory.

  Renewal of AMC -The Annual maintenance contract can be renewed within 30 days prior to the expiry of this contract.

• Non comprehensive/Call basis AMC

  Non-comprehensive AMC includes repair & services only with cost of defective to be borne by the customer.

  Repairing of the equipment In case the products stop working due to issues like some wire is not connected, something is loose etc. then using standard tools like screw drivers, soldering gun, wires, adhesives etc. the device can be repaired.
